Nsukka people’s level of spirituality is quite sophisticated. Their forebears were men and women rooted in spirituality and mysticism — giving rise to the high level of esotericism of the cultural zone located in Enugu North Senatorial Zone. This book digs deeper into the earliest spiritual foundation of the Nsukka people which informs their traditional religion. While the influence of Christianity can be said to have been strongly felt here, the obvious is that many are still tied by the spiritual foundation already laid by the founding patriarchs of Igbo Nsukka.
This book is a study into the phonetics and phonology of the people of Igbo Nsukka, attempting to highlight some of the speech sounds of Igbo Nsukka people not highlighted in the Central Igbo orthography. In addition to this, the book also outlines how to count days in Igbo Nsukka dialect as well as well as the indigeneous method of counting money in Igbo Nsukka dialect.
