I also understand and agree that the Recommended Book Price may be adjusted in line with the price structure of Timsmek Book Mall.
I hereby state that the information supplied in this form is correct and that I have the full right to submit the book to Timsmek Book Mall for marketing/sales purposes. In the event of copyright infringement/theft, I unequivocally agree to settle, indemnify/ensure Timsmek Global Limited suffers no loss and shall hold her and assigns, partners, staff and representatives harmless.
I also agree that in the event Timsmek Book Mall receives a report that this book (the one you uploaded) is the intellectual property of another person or group of persons, your user account and/or information with us, including the submitted book, may be removed from our Book Mall and servers, with or without notice and earned royalties seized.
While Timsmek Book Mall works hard to protect against cyber attacks and data losses, I understand that Timsmek Book Mall is run on server technologies of third party providers and that I shall not hold Timsmek Book Mall, her partners, staff and representatives responsible for losses incurred due to cyber attacks, server crashes, software/hardware failure.
I agree to Timsmek Book Mall royalty payment plan of 60% on ebook sales.
I undertand that Timsmek Book Mall reserves the right to amend this agreement with or without prior notice to me.
